SDM Precision Casting manufactures a wide range of high pressure Aluminum alloy die casting products for a variety of industrial sectors, including the automotive, electrical & electronics, oil & gas, hard disk drives, information & telecommunication industries.

SDM Precision Casting operates cold chamber die casting machines from 125 tons to 350 tons and has the flexibility to handle various Aluminum alloys. All machines equip with automated ladles, sprayers and extractors. In house trimming, deburring, heat-treatment and abrasive finishing processes are established to meet customer needs. SDM partnered with various companies internally among the SDM Group or externally to meet customer requirements in secondary processes such as machining, E coat, Powder coat, impregnation etc.

SDM Precision Casting together with members of SDM group, we become Malaysia sole integrated Aluminum manufacturer : recycling of end of life vehicles to extract Aluminum scrap, converting Aluminum scrap to ingots and manufacturing of die casting fabricated products.
